Financial Options

DBA is a true "manufacturing" system that provides you with the seven core processes that are common to all manufacturing businesses - bill of materials (BOM), sales orders, material requirements planning (MRP), jobs, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing accounting.

All accounting associated with these core processes is handled by the DBA general ledger and standard chart of accounts. When it comes to financial applications, you have two options:

  • You can use the DBA financial modules of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Banking.
  • You can use the Financial Transfer utility, which enables you to continue using your existing accounting system for receivables, payables, banking, overall general ledger, and payroll.
