How Our Sales & Support Model Saves You Money

Our sales and support model eliminates the overhead that makes ERP software so expensive. Here's how we do it:

We do not employ technical salespeople.
Instead, we furnish product information through our self-help resources (features guide, demo library, free evaluation version). If you are unable to find an answer to a product question, you are welcome to submit an "Ask DBA" ticket to our support staff for assistance.

We do not make onsite visits.
Instead, we handle all communications by phone and e-mail.

We do not impose on our customers.
With our high-volume web traffic, giving out references is a burdensome imposition on our customers. Instead, we make available our free evaluation version so that you can review and experiment with the software without any restrictions on time, accesses, or data entry.

We do not respond to RFQ's.
Instead, we refer prospects to our features guide and free evaluation version for product information details.

We do not use resellers.
Instead, we eliminate the middleman by making all sales directly with the end user.

We do not make third party referrals.
We do not make referrals to third party service providers. Instead, we've designed DBA so that you can implement it primarily on your own, aided by our online training courses, support tickets, and other support center resources

We do not offer fee-based services
We do not charge for support on a per-hour or per-incident basis, which drives up costs in a hurry. Instead, we provide support for a low cost flat fee, delivered through our support center, which includes online training courses, a support ticketing system, trouble-shooting service, knowledge base, and discussion forum.

We do not sell costly new versions
With DBA you never face a costly upgrade decision each time a new version becomes available. Instead, you receive all product updates for a low cost annual maintenance fee that will never exceed 15% of the original price paid.
