What does DBA provide for document management?

In DBA multiple documents can be linked to items, descriptors, customers, and suppliers and can be automatically retrieved and attached to jobs. Documents can include pictures, drawings, engineering diagrams, process instructions, manuals, etc. Document linking can also be useful if you are seeking or wish to maintain ISO-9000 certification.

DBA also includes a Documents Directory, which is a central directory of all your company documents, including non-manufacturing documents such as company policy manuals. For security purposes, users are assigned to Document Groups and then each document is assigned a list of the groups that are given access permission.
