Can DBA interact with my web store shopping cart?

We have plans to develop a sales order import capability that can be used to import web store orders, EDI orders, or orders from any source. Like all DBA features, this new feature will be made available to you at no extra charge when gets added to the product.

At present you must enter web store orders into DBA the same as you would any order that was faxed, mailed, or phoned in. Unless you have an extremely high volumes of web store orders, manual order entry works fine for most companies and enables you to set the customer up properly and verify the order details. This is what we do here at DBA with our web store orders.

When will this feature be available?

We have found that the best policy is to furnish development specifics only when projects are in the final coding and testing phase. If you wish to be notified by Email when information becomes available on this feature, please submit an "Ask DBA" or support ticket and we will add you to our follow-up list.
